Yes, all our personnel are licensed under the S.I.A &
conform to the Private security industry act 2001.
What type of employment screening do you use?
All personnel are S.I.A Licensed and have full
credentials and references and criminal record checks.
Are your staff insured?
Yes, we have public and employee liability insurance and additional insurance for all the services we provide.
What rates do you charge for your services?
This Varies, as each client's needs are different, we are competitive for a quality service.
Do you have minimum hire charge?
Yes, the minimum service charge is 4 hours per operative / service.
What type of contracts do you offer?
We can set contracts to clients specifications ranging from individual event to 2-3yrs fixed price.
What is the minimum notice you require for your services?
We ask potential clients and clients to give as much
notice as physically possible this allows us to carry out necessary tasks prior to taking on your work, but preferred notice would be minimum of 7 - 14 days.
Do you sub contract work out?
NO, when we are appointed as your security provider it stays with Excalibur Security.
