Festivals are created by all the people who organize and attend them, and the security staff need to understand that they are an integral part of the whole festival family.
Secondly, the security staff need to retain the authority and presence to deal with any incidents swiftly and effectively, working as an integral part of the overall festival structure.
What do you expect from a family festival?
Happy atmosphere,fun people,good food,good music,knowing your safe,value for money.
We agree on this.
What you don't want is!
Assaults,thefts,overdose's,injured children,Unsafe environment,damage to property,loss of life,unhappy people.
We agree on this too.
Unfortunately these incidents do happen.
We try to prevent them, We are there for your safety and welfare.
